Dog Boarding and Doggy Day Care, The Relevant Legislation, on 1 October 2018, The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals)(England) regulations 2018 came into force. These regulations updated and made changes to the previous animal licensing regime. The new legislation applies to pet shops, catteries, kennels, home boarders, doggy day care, riding establishments, dog breeders and performing / exhibition of animals.
